Use Your Skills. Share Your Time. Transform Lives.

At Kasupe, we believe that real change happens when people come together to share knowledge, build relationships, and empower one another.

That’s why we invite passionate, skilled volunteers to work alongside our community in Malawi — to teach, build, coach, grow, and inspire.

We are looking for committed individuals who want to share their expertise in a hands-on, impactful way. Whether you’re looking to give back, take a sabbatical, or gain experience in global development, volunteering with Kasupe is an unforgettable opportunity to connect with people, culture, and purpose.

Testimonials

“I firmly believe the trip to Malawi had a positive impact on all the young people and the leaders and the experience with stay with us all for the rest of our lives. The trip to Malawi made me realise how lucky and privileged I am living in the UK. For me the benefits to young people of a trip like the one I made to Malawi are incalculable, and whilst they are not always apparent the young people return they are part of them for the rest of their lives.”

Robert Hambelton, Volunteer

“For me personally, the 3 weeks we were in Malawi had a big effect. The country itself and its people were beautiful. Their spirit and appreciation for the simple things we did for them was humbling. I learnt the value of the things we take for granted back in the UK – the things the people we met rarely have. The most positive impact the trip had on me overall was knowing the impact it had on the young people who went with us. They have their whole life ahead of them and it’s likely to have a more long-lasting influence on them. Every day seemed to bring more surprises of how the locals lived, how they coped without the things we take for granted.”
